why we run

Behind the race is a reason. From its inception, the Skyway 10K has raised more than $2.6 million for the Armed Forces Families Foundation, contributing 100% of its donations to the mission of funding infrastructure projects that support military families throughout the nation. To date, the AFFF overall has contributed more than $4.7 million into infrastructure projects for communities across the United States.
